Forensics Tab Procedures
Use these procedures when working with the Forensics tab.
- Set Up a Forensic Analysis
A forensic analysis requires at least two projects within a workbook. In addition, one of the two projects must be designated as a snapshot against the primary project. - Hide Forensic Analysis Fields With No Variance
Hide Forensic Analysis fields that have no variance. - Sort and Group Forensic Analysis Results
Forensic analysis results are shown in a tabular format which can be modified using sorts, groupings, and custom columns. - Modify Reporting Criteria
You can add additional criteria and columns to the Forensic analysis using the Fields tab. There is no limit to the number of additional comparisons and/or fields that you can add including custom fields and Code fields. - Create an Activity Filter Using Forensics
Create a filter for the Activities View and SmartGantt using activities identified during a Forensic Analysis. - Modify Reporting Criteria

Export forensic analysis results to MS Excel.
